Refund policy
At Nidios, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
- Clothing are eligible for free replacement within 3 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For wrong and damaged items, an unedited unpacking video showing the product and parcel is mandatory.
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Sale items are non-returnable; only exchanges are accepted.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference will be issued as a redeemable gift card.
- Nidios will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Photo verification of the issue may be required before processing a refund or replacement.
- All exchanges are subject to a quality check; the full process may take 7–10 business days after approval. Replacement items will be delivered in 10–12 business days.
Non-returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 3-day window

- The item must be purchased within the last 3 days
- It must be in original, unused, undamaged condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

Return the Item
We’ll provide return instructions.- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be credited within 5 business days to the original payment method.
